Job Description / Responsibilities
- Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Search, Social, Display, Native etc.
- Buildout, analyse and constantly improve performance on campaigns through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization, and regular ad & landing page testing
- Utilise a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models and KPIs/reporting systems to support marketing decisions
- Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns’ performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy, landing page performance
- Testing new channels and platform features to reduce the cost of customer acquisition
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital marketing – new channels, targeting, features, methods of analysis
Desired profile of the candidate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on these platforms: Search (Google, Bing), Native Content and Social (Facebook, Instagram)
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Proficient communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs
- Ability to excel in an extremely fast-paced and start-up-like environment
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management
Qualification
Educated to degree level, or equivalent
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills
• Previous experience in a similar role (Agency or client-side)
• Smart, motivated, results-driven, and analytical individual
• Strong organisation and excellent copywriting skills
• Have the ability to multitask and work well with a team, as well as being able to
prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept
interruptions as part of the routine
• A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, and able to
quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Brilliant networking skills, and can confidently develop new relationships and connect
people
• Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, and challenge the status quo
• Training experience is beneficial, but not essential
Minimum 4 years of Marketing experience, including 2+ years of Paid Media experience
